Situated in the south western tip of Ireland, the beautiful Beara Peninsula is a cyclist’s paradise.
With a wide choice of routes available to suit all cycling abilities from winding mountain passes to meandering country roads to free–wheeling along with the music of the Atlantic Ocean in your ears - cycling the Beara Peninsula is a memorable experience and will leave you with stunning photos and lots of tales to tell!
To see the peninsula at it's best and most natural, cycling is the best mode of transport. You will feel alive and invigorated as you breathe the clean sea air and taste the salt of the ocean on your lips; listen to the sounds of the countryside as you pedal along and feel the warmth of an Irish welcome at the end of a day in the saddle.
We offer 18 speed mountain bikes for hire at €12.50 per day and €70 per week. Special rates are available for group bookings. To ensure availability of bikes we recommend booking in advance especially during July and August.
